partnership. The trial court found that no partnership ever
existed and rendered judgment for the defendants. Plaintiff
appeals, contending the evidence shows a partnership as a matter
of law, or in the alternative that the trial court should at
least have determined what the actual relationship of the parties
was and rendered an accounting among them. The trial court made extensive findings of fact, none of which
